You are here: you have just taken your first step.
I can help you figure out the rest.
"Working with Be across the last few years has been unbelievably supportive, seeing me through some incredibly challenging times."
“[…] I have found the walking sessions nourishing on a new level to those I’ve experienced in more traditional, indoor therapeutic settings. I can’t recommend Be and her approach highly enough.”

SHORT/MID/LONG-TERM WORK
What it is?
The “traditional” way of doing therapy, suitable for most things you might want to talk about, depending on what you want to achieve.
The first session is for us to get to know each other and make sure we are comfortable working together. I will not only ask about what brought you here, but also about your background and current life “setting” in order to get a picture of who you are. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions and share any concerns you might have. At the end of this session, we will enter into a contract and commit to working together.
The sessions will be conducted , following an “open-ended” model: no number of sessions will be set, we will review where you’re at regularly, and will carry on until the work is complete.
Who do I work with?
* Young adults aged 16+ (with parental consent)
* Adults
How long and how often are the sessions?
* A session lasts an hour.
* Sessions can be held weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Weekly is always recommended at the beginning; the pace can then be adjusted as we progress.
How much does it cost?
* Weekly and fortnightly sessions: £60 per session
* Monthly sessions: £65 per session
Where do I work?
* Ideally, in nature. I currently work in 5 locations (see below), but am always happy to include new ones. (Some locations may attract an additional fee to cover the time and cost of travelling there).

SINGLE SESSION THERAPY / ONE-AT-A-TIME MODEL
What it is?
In this model, the issue you bring is worked on within the context of that one session. This makes for very focused work.
It is particularly suitable for situations where you feel stuck and want some help to get moving in the direction you want. You will get the tools you need to make changes immediately. Further support is always possible – either as another Single Session, or moving into the Short/Mid/Long-term work described above.
Because of the nature of this model, your background and life setting are not looked into as much, all the attention being on your current experience of the one issue you want to deal with.
Who do I work with?
* Young adults aged 16+ (with parental consent)
* Adults
How long is the sessions?
* A session usually lasts an hour, although in some cases it may be shorter.
How much does it cost?
* £100 per session
Where do I work?
* Online is often more suitable to this work as I find clients want to take notes during the session.
“A really useful session that has given me the confidence to proceed with a decision that I had internally taken.”
The 1-to-1 session help me understand better the topic I brought in and provided a clearer idea on how I can move forward with it.
