What you need to know about me
Here you will find important and practical information.

In 2013, I went to walk my first Camino in Spain. It changed my life in many ways, one of which being that I came back knowing I wanted to become a counsellor and practise while walking in nature. I trained in what was to be my second career – and my vocation.
Today, I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, and an Accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
I have trained as an integrative counsellor (meaning I have a toolkit at my disposal, rather than specialise in one type of counselling), with specific training to practise therapy outdoors. My practice is now enriched with my training and interest in mindfulness, neuropsychology, breathing techniques and other embodied practices – for when talking feels too much.
I have a very strong ethical compass, and therefore comply with all the requirements to practise safely and professionally.
I have my own practice – Counselling with Be, where I work with private clients, organisations who care about their staff’s wellbeing, and EAPs. I am also an Associate Counsellor with the Wilderness Foundation.
I have successfully worked with clients who struggled with anxiety, depression, abusive relationships, relationship issues, low self-esteem, health-related issues, stress, etc., as well as with those who want to understand themselves in order to decide who they want to be.
At this time, I do not work with children or couples.
“Be is a warm, highly professional, yet humble practitioner. […] She is attentive, holding space in a way that makes me feel safe and seen.”
